I went here mother's day evening with my husband and son to get a sweet treat before heading in for the evening however, with the service that we received I will NEVER BE RETURNING HERE. I wanted to sample a ice cream flavor before making a decision and when I asked the guy behind the counter he ignored me. They were not hospitable and did not welcome us as all.and quite frankly seemed very annoyed that we even walked thru their doors.A lil word of advice if you are not JEWISH please don't go he
Great ice cream, but could improve customer experience I’m writing this as a regular fan of the ice cream here it’s high quality and worth the price. However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding the service in hopes of seeing some improvements: Service & Policy: I found the service to be a bit rigid. For example, I tried to return an item that was still sealed and unopened, but I was told it wasn't possible. It would be great if the shop could be more flexible with unopened products. Rec
I live in Toronto and was looking for a gift for my orthodox friend who lives in Crown Heights. I was referred to this business and I’m very happy with my experience. They made it very easy to order my selection of nuts and the presentation was beautiful. We communicated over WhatsApp and a phone call and the process was very easy. They were also very accommodating in terms of my friend’s food preferences. I’m so happy that I was referred to this business.
