This place is delicious and affordable. Don't know why it has a low rating. I'm not sure what they're expecting really. This is my ultimate go-to place around my neighborhood because it's one of those higher quality yet affordable Chinese food that they offer. The cashier ladies are very nice :) Almost all of their dishes are incredibly delicious and comes with a soda or water! I would definitely recommend their tri-pepper fish (if you like it spicy), fish with tofu, shrimp and broccoli and beef noodle soup. These are all the dishes that I've tried so far that I love!
