NAHA and the tall gentleman Amado working in the kitchen were exceptional. I spent several frustrating minutes trying to get through a broken mobile app, and without their help, I honestly wouldn’t have been able to complete my order. Naha was patient, attentive, and took ownership of the situation immediately. The gentleman in the kitchen jumped in without hesitation and made sure everything was handled smoothly on his end as well. Both of them turned what could have been a failed experience
Your usual taco bell food. The place itself was clean, I ordered on the automatic machines but there was no one at the till as there seemed to be very little staff at the time. The hot taco in particular was very nice, the cold one was a bit empty but I think that is the standard. There's a toilet on site but you need a code to open it. Air con was in full blast
The restaurant was dirty and the tables were broken and wobbly. The soda fountain wasn’t working for part of the time - there was only syrup coming out at one point. When I asked one of the staff to open the restroom for me, she was incredibly rude and told me it was occupied when it wasn’t. The food was fine.
