Paid $19 for 2 Crunchwrap Supremes and a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco and was completely ripped off. Both Crunchwraps had almost no meat in them — my whole family complained the second they opened them. The Doritos Locos Taco was even worse — barely any meat and the shell crumbled apart the second I touched it. Luckily I brought the order home because there's no way you could eat that taco in the store without it falling apart immediately. Devoured it in 2 bites — that's how little was in it.
There is only three people working, two guys and a woman and the two guys are absolutely useless and she's carrying the orders essentially by herself. It's taken me over 20mins to get my food after ordering in house and it's not ready. There are only three orders ahead of me that were order ahead and they're not done. No sense of urgency or efficiency from the two guys. If you're going to short your staff, (I'm speaking to you, Manager) at least have short staff that work hard instead of setting
I ordered a crunch wrap with extra meat and extra cheese, which isn’t cheap, received neither and I said easy on the sour cream which they over loaded. My mothers food did not come out right either and the skinny black guy behind the counter (only way to identify as I did not catch his name) with the attitude when I tried to order at the front and his team, a short ish blonde girl, did not make the food properly though my order was close to 40. Will not go here again.
