The workers are fine, speed is okay, but their prices are crazy. The $3 or less menu has nothing below $3.50. They don’t carry half of the national menu items like the nuggets or anything with potatoes or fries. I don’t understand how you can open in a Hispanic neighborhood, charging way more than anyone else, and not even offer the full menu that other franchises have. Just your typical Taco Bell. The employees here are kind. The seating area is paltry. It is clean. Nice place for the neighborhood. Open til 4am which is asking for trouble if you ask me. Nice place for a fountain coke as well.
While I do want to commend some of the staff members for being cheery and good workers, I have to leave a 1 star review for several instances of negligence and incorrect orders. Most importantly, I found balled up plastic wrap in my food. Absolutely disgusting. I don't know if it was saran wrap, packaging, a dime bag of sorts, but I found balled up plastic in my cantina burrito. When reaching out to customer service (twice), I never got a response, nor a refund... just a code for a couple dollar
