I used the Taco Bell app to place an order. It seems like my GPS glitched because it picked the closest location, which was one in Queens that I had never been to before. It's like an hour away. I have no idea why this one was selected as the most nearby. I found out about this when I tried to pick up my order, but they told me they didn't get it. And when I checked, I saw it went to the completely wrong restaurant. I asked the staff what to do about it, and they said they can't do anything. I n
Nasty nasty people and nasty nasty service; worst service… I ordered the steak cantina and wanted them in the chalupa bread; they messed up my order and then when I showed it to them they started arguing; I requested nicely if they can make my steak taco in the chalupa bread and instead of steak they gave me chicken and that was the 2nd time they messed up entire order… Extremely nasty service and 2 ladies with a ugly attitude kept arguing with me telling me that I’m wrong g and I’m asking for t
The decor of TB Cantina is totally different from traditional Taco Bell, clean, bright and wide-spaces. There are 4 kiosks for ordering which is convenient and easy to use. Their food was decent with reasonable price and they also serve a good variety of fast food. We ordered steak burrito with guacamole & chips for only $5.99 + tax.
