I always buy something in the mornings and have never had any problems before. I just bought a drink—05.18.26 / 6:08 PM—made of strawberry, pineapple, and coconut, and they gave me a cup full of shaved ice! I paid $7.40 USD and feel completely ripped off; I don't know what the cashier misunderstood, but I was annoyed to receive a product with absolutely no flavor or color. I know this drink perfectly well because I always order the exact same thing!
What can I really say about atmosphere you know Main Street is chaotic! Had to pass through here via the treacherous public transportation but promising myself some sort of bubble beverage upon arrival made the trip bearable. The line has potential to get long apparently but it moves quickly. A little disorganized but quick nonetheless. Customer service is nice too and decently priced. Many options. A variety of teas and slushees. They include real cut fruit in their drinks. Awesome spot for a afternoon pick-me-up. I usually order the mango orange smoothie. It's a small place - standing room only.
