Got a large Jasmine lemon tea as recommended by the cashier, and an egg tart. Total was just under $11 and I would say it was worth it. The egg tart is "custardy" in texture and not to sweet. I'm glad I don't live close to this place because I would eat a thousand of them.
After discussing the drink options, the gal working guided me to choosing the strawberry lemonade and I'm so glad I tried it! I opted to add the water chestnut popping boba and it was such a interesting and delightful addition to the balanced drink! I thoroughly enjoy the contrasting textures and refreshment of the water chestnut alongside the fruity lemonade. The original egg tarts are also great - crispy and creamy. Since it's heavy/oily, it pairs well with their fruity and tangy tea.
Very busy little boba place. Takes a while to get your drink but it's worth it on a hot summer day. I get half or less sugar because the boba adds sweetness and that's enough sweetness for me. Extra + if you can grab one of the outdoor street seating
