Today I went to Halal Texas (Hillside branch). The staff working there were extremely lazy and seemed more interested in talking among themselves than serving customers. The service I received was very poor and disappointing. They also charged me quite a lot, but the quality of the food did not justify the price. I came to last night Texas to celebrate my daughter’s birthday because she really loves this place. I asked one of the girl if they could play a happy birthday song, but she said they only have the radio and can’t change the music It was very disappointing. this location is in a desi area. My daughter was really excited, but she felt very sad on her special day. I hope they improve their service and make small efforts to make customers happy.
