I had such a wonderful experience at Texas Burger & Chicken. The daytime ladies team was absolutely amazing — so kind, welcoming, and hardworking. I even gave them flowers because they truly deserved appreciation for how nicely they treat customers. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and honestly better than Popeyes in my opinion. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I also tried the fish sandwich and it was excellent — perfectly cooked and really satisfying. Great food, great service, and such
The food here was so good, fresh, and tasty that we came back the next day to eat again. Also, the lady working at the register was very nice and welcoming. We definitely recommend this place.
Each order is taking over 20 minutes—and it’s not because of the employees, it’s because of management cutting corners. Having just one person at the counter handling all orders during busy hours is completely unrealistic and unfair. It slows everything down and creates unnecessary frustration for customers. Hire more staff. There should be at least two people at the counter during peak times. This isn’t complicated—it’s basic customer service.
