Wow this was such a disappointing experience. Came in to unwind after work. We were seated immediately and given menus and waters. We were in a cute little nook/corner area that was quite lovely. Waited for 20 minutes and was completely ignored by staff. It's a shame because I'm staying in the Millennium Hilton as a guest and this would have been lovely to go to at the end of the day. It will not be a place I'll be returning to.
We had a very unpleasant dining experience today, mainly due to the rude behavior of a male staff member dressed in black. Right after he put down the check, he walked away, but then kept coming back repeatedly while we were still chatting, telling us the restaurant was about to close. He even took the check away without us asking, and came back multiple times to clear our dishes — clearly rushing us out. Food was unbelievable. Not a tonne of options, but a selection in starters, mains, smaller plates and desserts Staff/waitress were on their game, always offering another drink, checking everything was okay. Could not fault anything Lounge is where we sat due to the screens, but everything was still the same. Nice vibe, not to loud, just right. Prices are reasonable for food items, drinks/alcohol can be pricey
