I ordered a torta de milanesa de res for pickup and when I got there they told me they ran out of the breaded beef and replaced it with regular beef instead. I understand things run out and that’s completely fine, but what bothered me was that nobody called me beforehand to ask if I was okay with changing the order. They told me after the food was already made and right after I paid. What if I didn’t want regular beef? I would’ve appreciated the option to change my order or cancel it instead of
Was eating the 3 birria tacos and there was a plastic from the tortilla package inside my taco when I told her she just acted like it was normal and didn’t want to give me a discount saying that I placed it there. Told her to check the cameras that I didn’t place it there and I had to pay full even though I bite the plastic. If I could give zero stars I would never eating here again.
Should be called asada on the block. Their carnitas really doesn’t fit the criteria of exquisite taste of Mexican cuisine it’s very very salty when I tried. Also the agua de Jamaica is very delicious.
