Overall, I’d give this hotel 4 stars. The location is excellent, public transportation is directly in front of the hotel, making it easy to get into the city. There are several restaurants, banks, and a church across the street, and LaGuardia Airport is only about 15–20 minutes away. The staff has also been fantastic so far. My biggest frustration has been the laundry facilities. As an extended-stay guest, having on-site laundry was a major factor in choosing this hotel. Unfortunately, the syste
Got a room; AC sounded like a plane taking off. Asked for another room; they accommodated. At first, it was quiet, so I was happy. Then, an hour into sleep, I woke up from the outside unit, sounding like a tractor. How do you move someone who just complained about noise to a room whose windows are facing that? Service is a negative star. Our first night called for over an hour to ask for a blanket and sheets for the pull out sofa then waited half hour for it to come. Next day even if there not going to clean the room. They dont come to get the garbage bring fresh towels. Theres no parking lot only street parking IN NYC! valet parking cost $41 per day, so.etimes waiting 30 minutes for assistance. The bed is rock HARD. This has been the worse!!!! Hotel experience they operate more like a cheap motel.
