The food and the service were the highlights of our dining experience. We were seated immediately and our server gave us water and took our order right away. Carlos was very friendly and made sure that we were satisfied with everything. All the staff worked together well and we felt cared for. We ordered the beet salad and the Bronzino dish. Went for brunch - short 5m wait on a Saturday at noon, not bad at all. One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Fries were good. Espresso martinis 10/10. The burger was good but the onions were too thick I ended up taking most off which left it dry it needed more sauce or something but the meat itself was 10/10 I would just try a different one. We had a great experience at the Blue Dog Cookhouse and Bar for brunch! Augustine took great care of us! He was friendly, fast, and efficient at his job. Definitely a keeper! The owner Steve was so friendly and made us feel like family, not to mention, the food was delectable. The pumpkin stuffed french toast was melt in your mouth! Definitely recommend for a great meal, beautiful ambience, and friendly service while in NYC!
