I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE BLUE LOBSTER, AND WILL BE BACK. I'm an African American, took my lady there on a date because RED Lobster was closed. Thaaaank Youuuu RED Lobster. My recent visit to "The Blue Lobster" was disappointing from start to finish. After being seated, it took about 20 minutes before I had to flag down a server just to place our food order. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only four tables occupied, yet the service was incredibly slow. When the food finally arrived, it was a letdown. This place is hidden gem for local Dominican and Seafood lovers. This no Casa del Mofongo which I think is over rated but the mofongo was superb. My visit was on a sunday around 2 pm
