We had a great experience at The Butcher's Daughter. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable throughout our visit. I’ve been a few times. I had the lavender waffle and one of the brunch bowls made vegan. The waffle was a little dry but the portions were reasonable for the cost. Service was good, nothing amazing but felt appropriate. I appreciated the variety of breakfast items and that you could order brunch items later in the day. Many vegan options for easily modifiable options. The breakfast sandwich on sourdough was messy but delicious. I also liked their healthier latte options.
I recently visited The Butcher's Daughter at their Kenmare Street location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, especially compared to the many positive visits I've had here in the past. I ordered the Leek and Goat Cheese Ravioli, which was priced at $28. For that price point, I expected a thoughtfully prepared dish with a reasonable portion size.
