The interior of The Chai Spot is lovely and offers a refuge for customers, especially during this bitter cold! My friend and I bought a Coconut Rose to share on a Saturday morning, around 11 am. The drink was slightly sweet and rich. There were not many people inside when we got there. We grabbed a cushion inside and relaxed while escaping from the cold outside. The Chai Spot is a nice third space to hang with friends.
Incredible place to hang out comfortably with some tasty drinks. Have been looking for a place like this in the city for a while so I’m stoked I stumbled upon it. I’ll say I think my drink came out to like $1 per ounce lmao tiny portions and a bit expensive but you’re paying for the vibe and access to the ~ chill zone ~
The atmosphere is so relaxing and such a needed break from the big city. Once you order a drink and you back to a rugged room in the back, no shoes, instantly calm. The drinks are probably real chai and arnt creamy or sugary. This seems like a lover lane and I get it.
