This is a bar I've been to on previous visits to New York and have always been happy with. The food, the drinks served at the bar, and the service are all really good. This time, we had blue moon beer and nachos, one of my favorite dishes only at this place. They're handmade, crispy, and served in a large portion. I'll definitely come back again before leaving the city.
First time here- already knew what I wanted to get the burger. I decided on the Gem Saloon Burger- Double Smash patty, American Cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion that I added, side of jalapeños, ketchup and mayo on the side w/ sweet potato fries and a crispy Coke to wash it down it was a masterpiece, burst of flavors all in one bite. Grace is the best thing about this wonderful establishment!! When you walk into the Gem Saloon and Grace is working, you are guaranteed to have a great time. Juste is also the greatest bartender ever. Coming back every week. Absolutely fantastic
