Fantastic spot for legit Irish food and pub favorites. Nice clean and well decorated bar and restaurant. The staff is great and the food is on the money. You know this place is the real deal because the emphasis is on the food and not on charging you typical NYC prices.
Man Utd were playing Man City at the Ethihad whilst we were holidaying in NYC so we went to the really quaint Long Hall Pub & Grocery Irish bar to watch the match live on their giant screens It was 11:30am in the US when the match kicked off so we just had mugs of tea with my Full Irish breakfast (with proper British bacon, not the crappy thin streaky American rubbish😋) and a sausage butty for my wife. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The service and atmosphere were top-class and really made the visit special. Huge thanks to Colm and Eva for their outstanding waiter service — both were so friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely people who made us feel so welcome. And a special mention to Tony in the kitchen — incredibly kind and amazing at what he does. You can really feel the care that goes into the food. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!
