Came here for a pre-show lunch. Of course I started with one of my favorites, expresso martini. It was perfect :) Next my husband an I shared the mushroom toast. It was really well put together. The creamy gruyere cheese offset the earthy rustic flavor of the mushrooms and the multigrain bread. I enjoyed it as a person who is not a fan of mushrooms. My husband’s main entree was fish & chips. Oh these were so crispy and light. It reminded us of the ones we had when we visited the British Isles
Very nice place, we came at an odd time between breakfast and lunch so we had to wait until they started serving lunch in order to get food after we were already seated, so don't make that mistake! Vey nice atmosphere but I wasn't too fond the the burger here.
Decent food with excellent service and vibe. The Last Word is a decent cocktail, not the actual Last Word but their version. The pretzel was good, moist and warm and fluffy. The herbed chicken was OK, needing more seasoning and a smoother mash. The really good part of this place is the ambience. It's a pub with plenty of room and TVs in just the right sight angles. Highly recommend for sports watching and snacking.
