We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Lowell as a family. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of service — every member of the staff was incredibly attentive, warm, and especially kind and accommodating towards our family. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome at all times, which made a big difference for us. 5 stars all around. The Lowell Hotel is one of those quiet and classy places. It doesn’t scream luxury, it states it barely above a whisper while sipping champagne in front of a real wood fire in one of the many guest rooms lucky enough to have a real fireplace. We can’t wait to come back again sometime.
This was our first time staying at the Lowell hotel and we had such a wonderful weekend there. We booked a room with a fireplace for Thanksgiving weekend and it could not have been a cozier situation. The service was premium and I absolutely love that you can have someone start your wood burning fireplace at any time of day or night.
