Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. But honestly I don’t understand how this hotel is rated as 4 stars. Beautiful boutique hotel in Chelsea! The service was amazing, rooms are incredibly clean, and the amenities are great. The rooms are small as noted but I was traveling solo for work so it was just fine for me. There is such a personal touch to every aspect of your stay. It was such a delight to stay at The Moore. My NYC office is in Chelsea and I look forward to many more stays at the great Marriott property!
Great location in Chelsea. Property and room were very clean and maintained. Room was, as usual for New York, small but nicely adorned. No complaints although I prefer a room with a small refrigerator, because most restaurants have big portions and too much to eat in one sitting. That is not a knock on The Moore, but in general. Nice stay here!
