  Here’s a cleaner, stronger version of your review while keeping your tone firm and direct: I usually try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but under no circumstances should you book this hotel. The service was absolutely unacceptable. Even with an economy room, there is no excuse for the condition we experienced.   This was the most foul disrespectful place I’ve ever stayed. We found bed bugs in our room. The front desk guy switched our room, only to find more bed bugs. He stated that he couldn’t upgrade or refund the hotel, as he wasn’t a manager. He refused to contact a manager and told us to talk to them at 10 am. Obviously my friend and I were not staying at this hotel over night. Absolutely disgusting and uncalled for. So we ended up having to change our flights to leave and sleep at the airport. And

  Do not book this hotel! I mistakenly didn’t read the reviews prior to booking and when I checked in the room was so so and had dated furniture and didn’t look like it was thoroughly cleaned. One of the beds sheets was stained red with god knows what. Upon opening the closet, there was a pair of red boxers someone had left which showed that the maids didn’t do a good job.
