Great location and staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. We book through the Amex Fine Hotel collection, we didn't receive a room upgrade which was a little disappointing but the room was still very nice and spacious for a New York Hotel. Pro Tip: Try the corn nuts while getting a beverage in their lobby lounge, so good.
This hotel was not what I anticipated. While its location is undoubtedly prime, it didn't meet the Ritz-Carlton standards I've come to expect. The rooms felt small, with dirty windows, basic amenities, and some old-fashioned decor and furniture elements. The service was basic, lacking the attention to detail I've encountered at other locations. Moreover, given the quality, the price was steep. If you're set on the Ritz-Carlton experience in this city, I'd suggest exploring their other properties
Spectacular stay! I absolutely love the attention to detail that the hotel staff has shown. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff had left champagne and strawberries on arrival. We were asked for our plans before arrival and the guest relations manager left small mementos in our room after each event.
