Imo the ramen in the neighborhood is horrible! But when i tried this place, i said Finally a legit ramen place with authentic broth! I’ll be coming back here if i want good ramen nearby. I got the tonkotsu (black) and also tried the karaage and the pork katsu. All excellent! The owner though Salvadorian was trained by Japanese chefs. Cool story. Great folks
We got the salmon poke bowl, tonkotzu ramen black, chicken katsu curry, and passion fruit mango iced tea. More than enough food for 2 people, we almost didn’t finish. The ramen had good broth and noodles, and the egg was the perfect texture. Poke tasted fresh and yummy. Curry sauce was tasty and came with free salad that had really good dressing. The iced tea was also really refreshing.
The owner is friendly and very welcoming! We had lunch at this restaurant, which serves Miso Soup Ramen, Pork, Beef Ramen, Karage, and Bao Bun pork. It was our first time in the Woodside area, and we highly recommend this restaurant.
