Northern eastern china food. Great skewers. Great stir fry. Perfect for a late night with the boys, have some skewers and meat dishes and wash it down with some beers. Oh, and every day they have some type of special dish for $9.99!
We came here after watching Little Brain American on YouTube traveling through northeast China near the North Korea border, eating local Dongbei food. The way he showed that cold-region, no-nonsense cuisine honestly motivated us to seek it out ourselves — and that’s how we ended up at Tian Fu BBQ. The food absolutely lived up to what we saw. Hearty, comforting, and very regional. The lamb skewers were excellent, the flavors were bold but balanced, and everything felt authentic rather than adapt
From the skewers to the cold noodles and malatang, everything was absolutely delicious! The prices are fair, the service was excellent, and the flavors were spot on. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes!
