Wow! What a great find and I wish the owner much success! It’s a non-traditional Japanese inspired tasting course for a little over $100 The menu is seasonal and features everything from land to sea. Each of the two seatings is around 75 mins but even 1.5hr was not enough to just enjoy; the pacing was a tad fast, especially towards the end. Seating is also very different, in a U shape, so it does give a communal feeling and you can always watch the chefs in the open kitchen. Love the concept a

This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in NYC. And that’s not an exaggeration. From the time we walked in the entire staff was so attentive and friendly. Isabella, Linda, Lee, the chefs and of course the owner Luis. My boyfriend and I went for Valentine’s Day and you could tell how much care and thought went into the menu and the experience. Every bite was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully plated. Also 5 stars for the music. The playlist was just good vibes :-) Of the 12 courses
