There's a young lady at the register who's very pleasant and has a great personality. The rest of the staff are miserable. Unsmiling, unfriendly, unwelcoming. You can see they don't enjoy what they do for a living, but that's their problem. The customers have nothing to do with that. Someone from the shop will probably respond to this with "email me about what happened," like they did with other reviews to pretend they care. That's BS. Huge bagels, big selection of spreads and meats, can even make combos with salads, also have all kinds of other breakfast items, sweets and healthy options. In other words menu is very big with even healthy options to satisfy anyone. Bagels were ok, nothing extraordinary, prices are reasonable, shop itself is ok, but service a bit lacking.
