Went to Top Tier Catering last week and we absolutely loved the food! The juicy oxtails and crispy fried chicken were our favorites, but they also have a lot of other affordable options. The staff is super friendly, we’ll definitely be going back whenever we’re in the area! :)
So the first presentation was great. The cashier was an amazing lady. Super nice and very helpful. The food let’s talk about the food. I was told that the jerk turkey wings are the most favorable them. Things were salty as I don’t know what the collard greens were not given the macaroni salad, I was told was a tuna macaroni salad that had no tuna, pure mayo, not much flavor. Where do I start? First of all, this by far is the best soul food I have ever had in my life. We travelled from New Orleans and honestly have amazing southern cuisine.. but this! Do yourself a favor and order all the sides. The oxtail wasn’t full of fat. Pick it up and it falls off the bone. Turkey wings in gravy.. um that gravy went in everything.
