I paid over $9 for a milk tea and added two toppings that cost an extra $2, only to receive a tiny amount. When I politely asked if they could add just a little more, the staff member coldly refused without any explanation. I’d like to ask the owner or manager — how much can those toppings possibly cost? The customer service was extremely disappointing and unfriendly. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be coming back again.
I finally got around to getting a drink from this shop. I ordered from their tablets and got a tie guanying milk tea 30% sugar with strong tea. It was quite a large size compared to milk teas you can get at nearby milk tea shops. The tea was quite strong (I could still feel the effects of the caffeine 6 hours later) and overall quite milky in flavor.
