Brooklyn native but just moved into this area with my man, so we had to check this place out. Stopped in mid-day for food and drinks and it did not disappoint! We ordered karaage, hamachi crudo, a roll, shishito peppers, brussel sprouts, scallop ceviche, and the spicy salmon crispy rice. Everything hittt Had some unfiltered sake and a cocktail. I really enjoyed the design of the menu, the flatware, plates and bowls. The food was also excellent too. I went during brunch hours with a friend . I had a Cesar salmon salad miso soup and fried katsu chicken which i ordered to go. We sat in the garden. Someone had a dog which turned me off a little but at least it was far from our table. The service was good too. I had my first espresso martini.
Went late on a Saturday and was able to get a seat at the bar. A lovely almost westernish theme on the outside. Enjoyed the cucumber salad, premium Cali roll, crispy tuna dinner, matcha pie and vanilla icecream. Service was quick and great. Crispy tuna and matcha pie was the best
