We had a 7:45 reservation on a Thursday evening and when we arrived the restaurant was packed. There were many tables ready to turn, however I think people were enjoying themselves so much that they were not as quick to leave their tables as expected so we had to wait about 20 minutes. The management staff kept us informed and even offered us a free glass of wine when we got to our table. Had high hopes for Zero Otto Nove, but overall it was just an average experience. The service was good and the staff were really nice and welcoming, which I appreciated, but the food didn’t live up to expectations. We had the eggplant and zucchini appetizer, and it honestly tasted more like a lasagna than a fresh, veggie-forward starter. Service here was excellent. Everyone was so polite and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal. Our group of five ordered a salad, three pastas, and two pizzas. We especially loved the pizzas, which were flavorful and well-made, but the pastas felt a bit too simple and could use more depth of flavor. The wine and cocktail prices are very reasonable, which was a nice surprise. Overall, we had a great time here, and I would definitely come back
