I did a mobile order for pick up on June 17th for FOUR açaí bowls. I went inside and there was two males working that night and just gave me my order. When I got home less than a 10minute drive, I saw all of the bowls were either half to barely 25% full with very LITTLE base. I called the store to notify them that the bowls were not the normal portions. The man that answered replied that they were closing and to come back tomorrow for ONE bowl. I replied back letting him know I ordered FOUR Bowl
First time ever going to tropical smoothie and I am just so disappointed. I asked for the bahama bowl, and no coconut because I am allergic. The young lady informs me that, there’s coconut in the base, so I ask for the BASE, that’s it the BASE to be changed to açaí. Keep the pineapple and other fruit the same and extra honey. I just ordered the chia seed smoothie with dark chocolate and it wassss phenomenal! It was blended perfectly! Thanks to the team for making it delicious!
