The food attendants become greedy and inflexible. They have a job to do but they really want to take advantage if you just want a little extra, they want to sell you $20 worth of meat, even though you only want one or two small pieces extra on a lunch special, they should have a $2 or $4 up charge and that is it. I ordered from here on Grubhub on a Saturday night around 7pm. I got two plates, carne guisada and pernil. The carne guisada was lukewarm, really hard and the rice was too. Not sure if it was undercooked or just old food that sat out all day. The pernil had a weird texture and the flavor was off, for a second I thought I was eating shredded beef. The rice on that plate was hard too, same batch of rice apparently. The beans were 85% liquid with 15% beans in the container. Pretty disappointing mea
