Tung Thong Thai is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in the neighborhood. I spent a year living in Thailand, and this is some of the best Thai food I’ve had outside of Thailand. I would especially recommend the khao soi, which can be hard to find because it is a regional dish most closely associated with Northern Thailand. Their version is absolutely worth trying. I went to this establishment and ordered takeout, and the freshness and flavor of the food were outstanding. I most definitely recommend this location. It's more like a Thai Boutique restaurant, not that large—only about six tables. However, the place was clean, and the staff was very inviting and friendly. It's a great place for a date, and budget-friendly, too. They do not serve alcoholic beverages, but drinking alcoholic beverages is not necessary when your food is mouth-watering great.
Recommend their lunch special & thai tea ! Love their beef drunken noodle, and the service is fast. It’s a good place to eat if you are a hospital worker
