  Not a 5 star. Honestly not sure how they received this rating. There are basic housekeeping dings dents paint issues and cleanliness standards that do not come close to a five star level. The online photography was amazing because the rooms and place does not match at all. Rooms are beyond small and dinged and dirty. Was looking forward to spending time and liking this place. I asked for a room that is reflective of the images they put on the site and was told that it would be a nightly up-charg

  I booked a stay here as a surprise birthday gift for my girlfriend. We always walk by, thought it looked beautiful, and she’s been wanting to check it out... Huge mistake. We booked specifically for the indoor pool and packed our swimsuits, only to be told at check-in that it was closed for maintenance. This obviously sucked, and should've been communicated, but we still tried to make the most of it. Because of that though, there honestly wasn’t much to do at the property. The gym is quite sma

  My 2 daughters and I had an Amazing stay at the The Marmara on Park Ave. All of the staff at this hotel was extremely helpful and nice. We will definitely come back and visit. The only complaint was the Swedish Massage we received. The lady that gave us this massage act like she didn’t want to give the massage and she barely touched us. I didn’t like her attitude at all. Her attitude was very discriminatory and it made us feel very uneasy.
