Loved the white asparagus from their seasonal menu. The flavor, the layers, and texture, just incredible!! Fried shrimp was such a fun appetizer, super crispy and flavorful. The mayonnaise sauce has a hint of yuzu flavor to it. The combo is just very summertime.
Txikito was an incredible experience. Everything on the menu was so good. We had the steak, which was a sizable portion for four people and really, really good. The sommelier knew what they were doing and offered a great pairing. The dessert was incredible. Both the Bossk cake and the Ruso meringue puffs were incredible and worth ordering. The white bean soup was also to die for, and the succulent pig was so good. Overall, everything on the menu was worth trying again and worth going back for.
Food was good overall, but nothing really stood out. Pork was good (super crispy on the outside and really soft inside). The Arroz was decent, nothing too standout, but I do wish it had more seafood in it. The octopus carpaccio was good as expected, and the cheesecake was honestly so tasty. It was super thick, rich, and not overly sweet at all!
