Had to go get some x-rays at wild Cornell at 425 E61st St. And was looking for a sushi place nearby. I read the reviews and they were good and let me tell you this place is excellent. The fish is so fresh. There’s a lot of protein in the rolls. I had a Tom Yum soup vegetarian that was excellent highly recommend this place.
We stopped by last week for lunch. Our first time to eat there. We both ordered off the lunch menu. I had Tonkatsu and my wife ordered two rolls. All nicely made and tasty. The tonkatsu meat size was a lot smaller than at other restaurants but tasty. We will definitely try again and order different dishes.
Great sushi! This is one of my go to take out sushi places on the upper east side. Their poke bowl happens to be really good and a great value and their rolls and sushi are also excellent. The fish is fresh and the service is great too. Would highly recommend for dine in or take out
