I used to come here a bit back in the day and while it’s still the same vibe, it’s lost a little bit in my opinion. I went this past Sunday and the service felt off, strange being that they had more than enough staff. It took a while for us to order but once we did, everything was fine. The food here is heavy and it’s kind of wild that half a personal deep dish will fill me up the way it does. We had a fantastic experience at Uno Chicago Grill in NYC! The food was excellent from start to finish, with delicious deep-dish pizza that was full of flavour and cooked perfectly. My first delivery order from UNO and everything was exceptionally good! I had a bunch of things, from the Pepperoni personal deep dish pizza to the Buffalo Chicken Fajitas which were fantastic and the wagyu Burger, very very tasty (it was missing just a pinch of salt IMO) that came with an outstanding loaded baked potato and the Brisket BBQ sandwich was delicious too.
