I came across this food joint while running some errands in the neighborhood. It is beyond my expectations from a small take-out like place. The food is really delicious, flavorful! You can see the open kitchen in the back and it’s clean. The staff is also very friendly to give recommendations since I am not familiar with Jamaican food. I am still thinking about the food after 6 hours! It’s just so delicious! I may have to come back to the Bronx again just for this!

The portions are insane in comparison to quantity, well beyond worth the money. Small plates to catered trays, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I used to visit this place quite often last year, when there was an emphasis on customer service and food quality. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing. Each time I visit, the items I intend to order are unavailable, and I am told they have run out. This has happened repeatedly, to the point where it no longer feels like an issue but rather a pattern.
