Visited Urban Air today for a birthday party, and my kids had an absolutely amazing time. The place is full of high-energy activities for every age—from little toddlers to teens—so there’s truly something for everyone. The staff were incredibly kind and patient with the kids, and even though many of them are very young, they were surprisingly professional and attentive. Honestly, that works in their favor because this place requires a LOT of energy (and some serious noise-proof superpowers lol).
My child has a membership here, and we come often. Everything has always been fine. Today, however, something happened that changed my opinion about this place. My child ran up to me barely holding back tears and said that a staff member told him to get off the trampoline (this was a trampoline with two spots where only two people can jump at the same time) without any explanation. I really love this place, because during the years I bring my daughter and her cousins to play, I also did celebrate a birthday on February but I'm a little bit concerned about the safety and the management of each game today I'm also shearing pictures for that game it was supposed to be a guy from the staff making sure every kid is using the games on the rigth way, I'm afraid that one of the kids can be injured because no one is putting attention besides of the parents I came to watch my kids b
