Love love love this place so much!!! The staff is super friendly and the food is absolutely INCREDIBLE. The blue corn masa pancakes are one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life (such a unique and tasty combo of flavors and textures) and the breakfast burritos are also delicious. Horchata and iced coffee were perfect as well! I'll definitely be back many times.
We visited Ursula to try their burritos, and I’m glad we did. The portions are generous, the coffee is excellent, and we only had to wait 10 minutes to secure bar seats. However, I wish the hash browns were a bit crispier and more flavorful. That’s definitely a category where this burrito falls short compared to Santa Fe’s. Despite this, I highly recommend Ursula and will definitely return for more.
Known for breakfast burritos, they definitely didn't fall short. Super filling, fluffy eggs, chewy tortilla, it's a great all around burrito. We tried the bacon and the carne adobada burrito. Bacon was ok but the carne adobada meat was moist, saucy and so flavorful. Would get again. There's a backyard space I didn't get a chance to see, but keen to next time. Did takeaway so can't speak to the service but the person who took my order was very nice.
