Variety Coffee Roasters truly sets the standard for what a coffee shop should be. From the moment you walk in, the ordering process is seamless and efficient. You place your order and can either grab a seat among the lively crowd—this place fills up almost immediately after opening at 7 AM—or take your drink to go, which is usually my move. Quality coffee, lingering/co-working friendly, personable staff. 10/10 would reccomend. My wife and I came in and sat for a while. We both ordered Americanos, hers decaf, mine regular, and they were fantastic. No complaints at all! I know coffee, and thought this was certainly a spot to return to for the brew. Stopped by Variety Coffee Roasters for a simple cup of joe, and it didn’t disappoint. I like my coffee black, and at just $3 a cup, you really can’t beat it. The brew was smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I needed to start the day. This is going to be my go-to coffee shop while I’m in NYC. They also had some great-looking pastries in the display case, so I’ll definitely have to come back and try one next time I’m in. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality cup of coffee without break
