I still love here but got different… Compare to the time when Nem & Victor was there all day. Scallion cut was too thick, it bother the soup and noodle was thick and too chewy. Seems the table is too high for the small lady who prepares the dough to make it (hit). I move out of the state for two years and visiting, first place I came to have tingly&spicy noodle soup, great because couldn’t find anywhere that has these dishes but much different than how it used to be.
Very Fresh Noodles—Not Every Long Line is Worth It. This One Is. These noodles are amazing! They are hand pulled, soft, and I love the thickness. The cumin lamb pieces were very tender and cooked well. The flavor was amazing, I love the peppercorns, and the portion was perfect for one. Ordering is easy, and since it’s inside Chelsea market there was a lot of seating available.
