A very disappointing experience. I bought a sandwich today and was shocked to find several strands of hair inside. It was absolutely disgusting and completely ruined my trust in the store’s hygiene standards. I have no intention of returning after this. I truly hope the store takes this issue seriously and addresses the basic hygiene protocols. Food safety is not a minor issue — it’s unacceptable for something like this to happen.
I love the breads from this bakery! They’re absolutely amazing but the problem is the service. I honestly think they need to work on their services. At the cashier there was this one lady that just snatched my money and when returning my change, she just threw it on the table and moved my things on the side to assist another paying customer. Overall the atmosphere is quite nice and I would say so fancy.
Ridiculous, just purchased the sponge cake, next morning is molded! I wonder how long they kept their bakery items, no wonder i had a diarhhea from the red bean bun i ate!
