This is the restaurant that is attached to The DoubleTree on 8th Avenue in NYC. We ate breakfast here our second morning in town and Kaitlin ordered the chicken and waffles and I decided to eat from the available buffet. Although the choices that were available, everything was at room temperature. Next time I will order because Kaitlin's food was cooked fresh and served hot.
This is a hidden GEM! First of, came here because a friend of mine told me about the chef that works at the restaurant and she was going for dinner and I tagged along…and let me tell you…holy cow. Let’s start with the food. I had the beef sliders with the fried mozzarella what whatever the sauce it had and I was just hooked! Like Bammmmm it just hit me. We had breakfast at the restaurant inside the DoubleTree South Hotel in the Times Square area. The space was clean, not crowded, and had a relaxed atmosphere. Our server was friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant start to the day. The food was decent, but a bit overpriced for what it was.
