  We had an amazing 4 days at The W! My daughter and I had a long weekend in NYC and saw 2 shows! We chose The W for its location and we weren’t too concerned with luxury! Well, the room was great with a fantastic view of Times Square! Everything was perfect from the doormen to the front desk and their driver, Charles! We never waited for the elevators and our room was cleaned to perfection daily! Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!!! Thanks so much!!!

  Our stay at the W Hotel Times Square was nothing short of magical.   I’d recommend this hotel. It is nicer than the Marriot next door. I asked for the quiet side not over looking Times Square but I still could see the foot traffics below. I was on the 54 floor and it was perfect. The room is a bit abused over time. Could use a bit of a spruce up but I doubt they’d do that anytime soon. The customer service was on point! Extremely professional and nice. I’d recommend and we just might be back.
