This jerk chicken, rice and peas, and cabbage situation was on another level. To witness a man so passionate about his jerk before it even hits your plate is different — and you can taste it. The chicken was cooked to perfection, seasoned just right with the perfect amount of heat, and it fell right off the bone. What a beautiful brunch Brodt served up today with his warm welcome on a snowy day. The Salmon and Jerk Chicken over rice and cabbage were delicious! I enjoyed with a pineapple soda and soursop juice--this was a great find, please support!!!
