Soon as we sat down the lady next to us was complaining to a manager. Not off to a great start. Our calamari arrived barely warm and extremely salty. Some pieces warm others were room temperature. Our waiter never checked back so it was too late to get a fresh order. We did not finish it. The Pad Thai was gross, no flavor and extremely greasy with very tiny pieces of chicken. The table next to us was dirty when we arrived and remained like that until we left. A very unpleasant experience. This
Wagamama – Downtown NYC Wagamama in downtown NYC is a very pretty spot with a great ambiance and a lively vibe. The food was really good, and they also have an impressive range of drinks to choose from. Service was smooth and attentive, which made the experience even better. A must-try here is the duck hoisin baos—absolutely delicious and a standout dish. Overall, a great place for good food, drinks, and atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.
Service was excellent! Our server was very pleasant, even though its was almost closing time, doing his best to make sure we get what we are looking for. I apologize for forgetting his name but he is was very thoughtful and helpful with us, with our little one, making sure we were all happy.I was a little sick and needed a spicy, hot chicken ramen and he delivered.
