love love love the walter kerr! hadestown is phenomenal obviously but the theatre is also great. bathrooms are clean but if you’re planning on going during intermission (and you’re a woman) you need to sprint as soon as act 1 ends because a long line forms super quickly. i think optimal seating is mezzanine because we were on balcony and we had to strain to see downstage. if you’re interested in stage dooring (highly recommend! but don’t expect every actor to come out, it’s not an obligation for
It’s a small and tight theatre but it was still quick to get in and out. I was way up in the balcony but the view was still great, I don’t think there’s a bad seat in the house. Overall, Hadestown was such an amazing show, loved every second of it and would see it again!
Lovely show, nice but sort of small seats. Good views of the stage from all around, good sound. Only complaint is there is only two bathrooms (Men and Women), and the line is insane. Not a slow wait at all, they have attendants, but trying to get down the stairs past the huge line is a little difficult.
